Dr. Xiaofeng Frank Yang from Indiana University School of Medicine visited Wuhan Institute of Virology

On June 29th, at the invitation of Prof. Zhou Ningyi of Wuhan Institute Virology, Dr. Xiaofeng Frank Yang from Indiana University School of Medicine, United States, made an academic visit to the institute and gave an excellent academic presentation entitled “How Spirochetes Adapt Diverse Host Environments”.
Dr. Yang’s presentation generated great interests among the audience. Both staff members and students participated into the discussions with Dr. Yang on several related issues of his presentation. Dr. Yang’s visit has provided us with new insights into the studies on spirochete microorganisms.
